The Wisconsin Badgers had the worst half of basketball in the Greg Gard era, putting up brick after brick after brick against Minnesota. To make matters worse, their starting center, Aleksas Bieliauskas, left after limping off the court. He never returned to the gam,e but there are a few updates that happened during the game.
The first is that he was quickly declared questionable to return with "lower body injury." However, it was clear that he rolled his ankle causing the problem.

Freshman Aleksas Bieliauskas is questionable to return to tonight's game vs. Minnesota (lower body injury)
Aleksas Bieliauskas never returned to the Minnesota game and his status is uncertain

Bieliauskas was briefly seen riding a stationary bike before finally exiting into the tunnel with the training staff. He didn't come back out right away in the second half and never saw the court again. Austin Rapp started in his place.
However, Bieliauskas did return to the bench but with his ankle in a boot. That's really neither a good sign nor a bad sign and could easily be a precautionary sign. Often this means more imaging needs to be done to determine the extent of the injury, and until the training staff learn what that is, they won't let him play.
However, Bieliauskas being able to return means that it wasn't so serious that he was rushed to the hospital. There's concern, but it's moderate right now. The clearest update will come from Greg Gard after the game and from how he is treated going forward by the Badgers.
Will he be able to play against Ohio State on Saturday? Who will start in his place if he can't? Will Greg Gard trust Austin Rapp enough to let him start, or will Will Garlock get the nod? These are the questions still to be answered; for now, we can just hope it's not serious and he's back out there on Saturday.
