Big Ten Power Rankings Week Five: Shake Up as Conference Play Opens

The Big Ten officially opened up its conference schedule on Saturday and it did not disappoint one bit. Two teams certainly shifted the balance of power in the West while two of the top teams in the conference were nearly upset. If this is a precursor of things to come in the Big Ten, then we will be in for a wild ride.

A lot of movers and shakers in the latest installment of the Big Ten power rankings. Week five provided plenty of excitement and hopefully the rest of the season provides the same level of excitement going forward.
