What’s going on with Gaglianone?
After an impressive run as a freshman for the Wisconsin Badgers last season, Rafael Gaglianone has gotten off to a shaky start so far in 2015.

This season Gaglianone is 6-for-10 on field goal attempts and 15-for-15 on PATs. His four missed field goals this season already exceeds his entire total of missed field goals from a year ago, when he went 19-for-22 on the season.
Wisconsin needs Gaglianone to be accurate this weekend as it’s looking like it could be a close one against the Huskers. Gaglianone has hopefully cleared up in practice what’s been going wrong, and we’ll see if he comes up big for the Badgers on Saturday.
To be fair to Gaglianone, most of his misses came earlier in the season last year before he got on a hot streak. He made his final 14 attempts of the season last year, tying a school record.
The Badgers need him to get on another hot streak this year to help them improve in the Big Ten standings.
