Safe Prospect:  There is nothing in Ramcyzk’s background that should give any team pause.

Robinson was arrested in May 2016 and charged with misdemeanor drug possession (marijuana) and felony illegal possession of a stolen firearm.  However the charges were dropped as prosecutors were not able to satisfy the burden of proof for either charge.  Of course, the NFL discipline policy is not cut-and-pasted from local criminal statutes.

More from Badger of Honor

Bolles has overcome a trouble past and hopefully he continues on the right path.   Sports Illustrated’s Chris Burke noted Bolles’ issues in a March article.

"Bolles comes with a unique background, though, which includes being kicked out of his own home by his father, being dismissed from five different high schools and an arrest."

Bolles turned his life around as documented well in an article by Jake Kring-Schreifels on the webpage of the Washington professional football team.  He notes Bolles discovering religion and serving on a two-year mission.

"“My mission was the greatest thing to ever happen to me,” Bolles said at the NFL Combine. “I became the man I am today because I’ve learned. I grew up, I became more mature, I became the man I am. I know what it takes to hard work and wake up and follow a schedule, and that’s exactly what you’ve to do in this business. It’s a business and you’ve got to follow the schedule to be successful, and that’s what I plan on doing.”"

This is not to suggest Bolles will relapse into his old demons or Robinson will get arrested again.  I hope they don’t.  And there is nothing to indicate they will.  But Ramcyzk simply does not have any red flags in his background.  This may not be a decisive factor, but small point Ramcyzk compared to the other tackles.
