Zack Baun is one of the best players in the NFL this season, and truly, he's a big part of why the Philadelphia Eagles are going to the Super Bowl. The former Wisconsin Badger has gone from backup for years to All-Pro and even a strong canditate for Defensive Player of the Year. He balled out for the Eagles against the Commanders on Sunday, making 12 tackles, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, and 1 tackle for loss. It was impressive.
However, after the game, it wasn't Baun that went viral it was his baby. Who was far more happy with the confetti than the celebration.
Blessing the timeline with more Baby Baun 💚 @Eagles https://t.co/LRxwwKUnmD pic.twitter.com/9obafGCiKI

Zack Baun's baby stole the show in the post-game celebration, and the adorable clips are stealing hearts
It started with a clip shared by NFL reporter Stacey Dales, who interviewed him after the game while Baun held his baby. She asked him who "the treasure in his arms is," and Zack introduced the world to Elian Baun. Who is now affectionately named "Baby Baun" on social media. You can watch that interview below:
Guys, I couldn’t focus. How could I? How could anyone?

Standing with Eagles All Pro LB Zack Baun who’s had THE most incredible season and game today…
But all I could do is gush over little Elian🥹😍 pic.twitter.com/YL2w83nTV9
If that interview wasn't cute enough while Stacey was trying to ask questions and Baby Baun was trying to grab the microphone. It was the second clip that was shared by NFL Films (posted above) that went viral. Baby Baun is sitting in a sea of confetti, trying to pick it up and play with it. That video was shared over 1200 times and seen by almost a million eyes (since the posting of this article).
Add that to all the accounts that posted it on their own social media, and it's truly gone to exceptional levels with the cuteness of Baby Baun. Maybe someday he will be donning the Red of Wisconsin just like his dad.
The Philadelphia Eagles will be taking on the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, which will take place on February 9, 2025.
