Wisconsin native and long-time former Badger, Chimere Dike was blazing fast at the NFL Combine. He showed off his speed in the 40-yard dash and certainly helped out his NFL Draft stock with the speed he was able to post. He ended the combine as the third fastest wide receiver and the 7th fastest player overall.
4.34 for Chimere Dike.

Chimere Dike was the third fastest wide-receiver running a 4.34 40-yard dash
The only wide receivers that ran a faster 40 than Dike were Matthew Golden of Texas who ran it in 4.29 and Dont'e Thornton Jr. of Tennessee who ran it in 4.30.
Dike had an impressive combine all the way around. Not just with his 4.34 blazing 40-yard dash, but he also scored a 9.8 according to RAS scoring metrics, which is a top 70 all-time wide receiver score. He was considered "elite" in every controllable category. The only things he was deemed "okay" in the scoring were height and weight, which are both relatively uncontrollable (weight is a little depending on the height).
Chimere Dike is a WR prospect in the 2025 draft class. He scored an unofficial 9.80 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 70 out of 3408 WR from 1987 to 2025.

Dike spent four years as a Wisconsin Badger and transferred to the Florida Gators for his final year of eligibility where he helped his draft stock by posting 42 receptions for 783 yards and two touchdowns. It was his most productive year in yards for his whole career. His 2022 year only surpassed it in touchdowns (6) and receptions (47). It may have been his 2023 year that gave him the gumption to transfer as his production dropped to 19 receptions for 328 yards.
The Waukesha, Wisconsin native is still someone that Badgers fans root for and many were curious to see how he would perform at the combine. The fact that he spent four years donning the red and white for his home state will forever make him a Badger legend. Hopefully, he will find a good fit in the NFL and have a great career in the league.
