Frank Kaminsky jumped on the radio after Wisconsin fell to High Point 83-82 in a shocking upset and was also visibly baffled. Yet, he is not ready to turn on Greg Gard as many fans are starting to. He actually put the weight back on the players, noting that they wilted in the final minutes.

Kaminsky knows there is heat on Gard and felt the need to defend him in the midst of another early exit for Gard and his Wisconsin squad. It seems to be a yearly tradition for the Badgers. Gard has not yet figured out March Madness, and it's exhausting.

Big Frank was shocked at the result but said, "I don't know where it goes from here. You just kind of have to appreciate the season for what it was. They got back to the NCAA Tournament. They were a top-5 seed again, but you can see what the problem is. Gardo [Greg Gard] is a fantastic coach, he really is. He's a guy that can figure it out."

At the end of the clip, Kaminsky flips the problem off of Gard and onto the players, losing track of the offensive plan. He said they lost their togetherness and camaraderie in the final moments. Yet, Wisconsin fans would argue that seems to be a consistent problem with Greg Gard teams, early in the year and then again in the final games of the season.

While the Badgers did let the pressure of High Point, the scrappiness, the togetherness of the other team get to them, the team didn't respond with a winner's attitude. Instead, Big Frank is right; they wilted.

The hard part is ultimately who's to blame for this? It's a yearly tradition, so it feels like it is Greg Gard, but it's also a single game, and you can see Gard trying to will them to finish with the plan, and yet they didn't.

Big Frank says don't turn on Gard yet, he's going to get it figured out. What Gard needs to figure out, though, is how to win in March Madness. He's worked out the other times of the season.
