The Big Ten split this week for the Wisconsin Badgers, one home game followed by one road game. The first game of this week was a dismantling of the Indiana Hoosiers by the Badgers at home in the Kohl Center. They now head to Iowa City to take on the Hawkeyes in a game that feels important for the Badgers to win. The good news for Badger fans is that after a "streaming-only" game against Indiana, where the game was only found on Peacock, this one is nationally aired on NBC.
How can I watch the game?
Who: Iowa Hawkeyes
When: 12 pm (noon) CT on Saturday, February 8th
Where: Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Iowa City, Iowa
TV: NBC
This is the first game all season that NBC has aired for the Wisconsin Badgers and it's a game that UW hopes to capitalize on. While NBC owns Peacock and many of the places that the Badgers have played on, this is the first time the Badgers will get to be on the mother ship. This is good news for Badger fans as they can watch on their normal TV channels, with or without cable. NBC is even on bunny ears for anyone who has those.
For those of you who like to stream your games on your phone, tablet, TV, or internet browser. You can still do that by watching on the NBC Sports app or using this link. You will need to click into the game as soon as NBC makes it available if you do use the above link.
The Badgers are looking for a week in which they can finally go 2-0 again after running through the Big Ten gauntlet for two weeks in a row in which they went 1-1. This is a good opportunity even though they are on the road. ESPN BPI has the Badgers favored to win this game with a 60% probability of victory.
