Madden 26 has released its rookie ratings for the upcoming release of the newest edition of the popular NFL game. The Wisconsin Badgers only had two players drafted in the last NFL draft, and both were in the 7th round, which means you can assume their ratings aren't going to be great to start. Hunter Wohler begins the season with a 65 overall rating, and Jack Nelson comes in at 63.

Former Badger Hunter Wohler is rated a 65 overall in Madden 26
The game only really has buzz and college film to go off of. Wohler's college tape is pretty impressive, but with a seventh-round pick and looking more like a depth chart piece to start the season, Madden wasn't going to give him a very high rating.
Wohler has some good ratings inside his 65 overall. He is listed as 87 speed, 92 agility, 83 change of direction, and 85 injury. Those are all really high ratings for a player only in the 60s overall. It shows that there's some potential in the young rookie that the game sees. To bring the overall rating down, he is listed at 62 in awareness and 63 in strength.
Nelson, on the other hand, has a 63 overall rating. His best attributes in the game are 87 in injury and 84 in strength. His less than desirable attributes are 53 change of direction, 64 agility, 66 in awareness, and 67 in speed.
You will get a chance to play as the new rookies, though you will have to switch teams to make it happen, as Wohler is on the Indianapolis Colts and Nelson is on the Atlanta Falcons. The game comes out August 14 for regular gameplay. You can order the deluxe edition and get access to the game 7 days early.
