Former Missouri Tigers head women's basketball coach Robin Pingeton is now the head coach for the Wisconsin women's program. She brings decades of head coaching experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the position. Pingeton has said her goal is to turn the Wisconsin women's basketball program around and make it a consistent place where winning happens. This is all good news, but it takes players and coaches to make that happen.
Pingeton has already brought with her two coaches from Missouri, McGhee Mann and Chris Bracey. The question now is whether she will bring any of her former players with her. There are now two in the portal.

Missouri's De'Myla Brown and Ashton Judd have both entered the transfer portal
The two Missouri players in the portal are De'Myla Brown and Ashton Judd. Pingeton once recruited both players to come and play for her at Missouri, but it will be interesting to see if she tries to grab them again, this time for Wisconsin.
Brown is about as veteran as you can get in women's basketball. She will be looking to play a sixth year of college basketball as she was able to get a year for COVID and a medical year. She has played for Western Kentucky, Illinois, Houston, and then two years at Missouri. Wherever she goes next will be her fifth school. She's never been a consistent starter for any of those programs and has always been a depth piece off the bench. The 5'7" guard averaged 5.4 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 0.4 assists.
Judd, on the other hand, has only played for Robin Pingeton at Missouri. She is going into her fourth year of eligibility and was one of the best scorers for Pingeton last year. She averaged 11.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists, starting in 28 of the 32 games.
