The Associated Press announced its All-America team, with awards given out to the top 15 players in the country via the categories of First Team, Second Team, and Third Team. The AP also awards 11 players to an "honorable mention" category. That's 26 players altogether from all over the nation. The most noticeable absence is Nick Boyd.
It feels like a snub without any context, but to make matters worse, the AP has six players from the Big Ten in the awards. Players that Boyd has beaten head-to-head and players that you can see with the eye-ball test that Boyd is better than. Not to mention the stats. This will only add to the fact that Boyd loves playing the villain, and now he will want to prove it.
He will get a couple opportunities pretty quickly in the NCAA Tournament if Wisconsin wins some games.

Nick Boyd will have multiple opportunities to show he was snubbed from the AP list in the NCAA Tournament

The Wisconsin Badgers start the NCAA Tournament against the No. 12 High Point Panthers. If Wisconsin can pass through that game, the Badgers will most likely see the Arkansas Razorbacks. That will be Boyd's first chance to show AP Voters they were wrong. He will be facing off against First Team All-American Darius Acuff.
If the Badgers get past Arkansas, there most likely will be a date with Arizona. Boyd would then get to face off against honorable mentions Jaden Bradle and Brayden Burries. There's also Braden Smith from Purdue, who Wisconsin could see again in the West Region. Graham Ike from Gonzaga and AJ Dybantsa from BYU are also in the West.
Boyd said he was keeping receipts when he was snubbed from the First Team All-Big Ten award. How much more could this motivate him to help his Badgers get wins and go deep into the tournament? He's clearly one of the best players in the country, and he's about to prove it on a national stage.
