Nyzier Fourqurean will almost assuredly miss another game this season against Maryland, as the NCAA has found a new way to stall this case. It wasn't even the most frustrating news for Fourqurean today. He also found out that his main case is now going to be pushed to February, which is well after the season ends, and ultimately won't matter for his playing. This all means his hope for eligibility will only come through the injunction.
Fourqurean probably won't hear about his injunction until next week. The NCAA has asked to take another deposition of Fourqurean's expert and submit a reply. They have to have that back in the court by this Friday, September 19. Which, unless the Judge quickly decides, the day he receives the rebuttal, he won't be available against Maryland.
So for my Wisconsin fan/media followers, it looks pretty certain that you can rule out Fourqurean for Saturday's game against Maryland.

Nyzier Fourqurean speaks out about another delay in his case against the NCAA
All this uncertainty and frustration prompted Fourqurean to post on social media. Normally, he's fairly quiet on the platform. He shared a quote from a pastor that says, "How do you usually respond to setbacks, do you see them as roadblocks or opportunities to grow?" Fourqurean says, "I'll be ready!"
This delay has to be frustrating for Fourqurean, who each week is losing game reps and opportunities to put tape together for the NFL. That is ultimately his dream, and losing these opportunities is costing him and also costing the Badgers.
“How do you usually respond to setbacks, do you see them as roadblocks or opportunities to grow?” @RevMarcusAllen … I’ll be ready! 🙏🏽🦡

The Badgers have had an incredible rush defense, but the pass defense has been exposed by Alabama. The Crimson Tide put up 382 passing yards against Wisconsin. Fourqurean is needed to play opposite Rico Hallman and help lock down those holes that are being exposed.
Missing Maryland is not ideal, but if the Judge can grant his injunction next week, Fourqurean will be available for the rest of the season.
