The Wisconsin Badgers have locked in another official visit with a top 50 recruit. Earlier this week, the 34th ranked recruit in the nation Davion Hannah set his visit for September. Now the Badgers will host four-star recruit Tommy Ahneman that same day on September 14th.
Wisconsin offered Ahneman on June 25th and will now be one of his first four official visits this fall. The North Dakota Gatorade Player of the Year is picking up recruiting momentum quickly, so the Badgers are sure to have fierce competition from Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa and others.
Ahneman is the number 46 overall prospect in the 2025 class based on On3's rankings. He's a big 6'10" center who could immediately contribute on a Badger team who will lose current starter Steven Crowl after the 2024-25 season.
The Badgers already have two commitments for the 2025 class in guard Zach Kinziger out of De Pere, Wisconsin and center Will Garlock out of Middleton, Wisconsin.
