The news came out earlier today that former Badger Isaiahh Loudermilk signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings. After spending his entire NFL career in Pittsburgh, he's headed back to the Midwest, but some fans would argue with the wrong Midwest team, a rival of the Green Bay Packers. In the Minnesota Vikings press release, there was a ton of love from the Vikings towards the Badgers about Loudermilk.
There are eight paragraphs in the press release about the signing of Loudermilk, and half of them (4) are about his time at Wisconsin and essentially how the Badgers prepared him for the NFL and found him in high school.

Wisconsin can use all the good press it can get right now after only winning four times last season and five the year before. Then they got shut out of the NFL Draft for the first time in decades. The Badgers don't have a lot of positive press, but the Vikings give plenty of love to the Badgers (instead of the Steelers) when signing Loudermilk.
The Vikings shout out the 13-1 season and the Orange Bowl victory while Loudermilk was on the roster. There's mention of the 2019 Big Ten Football Championship Game, where Loudermilk made some noise with a sack and a forced fumble.
It obviously mentions his stats and honors, but also talks about how Wisconsin found him playing 8-man football in high school and was able to pull him out of that into a true 11-man game. Give him a redshirt year, and then unleash him. He eventually became a 4th round pick for the Steelers and an important role-player for Pittsburgh.
Now the Vikings get a shot at him, and it appears they are very excited to see what he can do in their scheme, especially with familiarity from Brian Flores and Gerald Alexander, who were part of the defensive coaching staff at Pittsburgh at one point while Loudermilk was there.
