The 2026 recruiting class is starting to pick up a ton of steam for Wisconsin. Head coach Luke Fickell has already added seven players, with many more commitments coming in the next few months. One of the higher-rated players they are chasing is Kamari Blair, a 6'6" 280 lb offensive tackle from Clarksville, Tennessee.

Blair recently dropped his final six schools and will work through his visits before making his final decision. Wisconsin is right in the thick of things, and his Madison visit is coming up quickly.

4-star Kamari Blair has Wisconsin in his final six schools as AJ Blazek tries to secure his commitment

Kamari Blair has a final list of South Carolina, Florida State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Blair plans to visit all six of his final schools over the course of the next couple of months. He is kicking the visits off with a trip to Wisconsin on the weekend of May 30. According to 24/7 Sports he will be using every week after that to go to the other schools. He then heads to South Carolina, followed by Florida State, Ole Miss, and Kentucky. Tennesee is still to be scheduled.

Wisconsin's offensive line coach AJ Blazek has already secured two linemen commitments in the 2026 class with guard Benjamin Novak, who was the very first 2026 commitment for the Badgers, and Maddox Cochrane, a 3-star tackle from Richmond, Virginia.

It is one of the most important positions to recruit and gather deep talent, especially at Wisconsin, where there is great pride and history with developing strong, NFL-ready linemen. The Badgers are known for their offensive linemen, and players from all over the country, especially players who want to be developed, know that.

It will be interesting to read and hear how Blair's visit goes over the weekend of May 30. That should tell Badger fans how interested he is in coming to Wisconsin as a student-athlete.
