Corey Scott is a star wide receiver in the D-II ranks for West Florida. He's planning to use his impressive season to find a new home in D-I. Since he's not in the FBS, his transfer rules are a bit different, and he posted on social media that Wisconsin had offered him to come be a Badger. This is big news in its own right, as Scott has game-changing receiving ability, but to add another wrinkle, Luke Fickell is also in contact with West Florida's quarterback.

It was only yesterday that Hayes Fawcett reported that West Florida quarterback Marcus Stokes had heard from Wisconsin and about 25 other schools. Now, it looks like Luke Fickell may be thinking about bringing in both Stokes and Scott in a double whammy situation.

You can read more about Stokes in the article linked above. Quickly, he's been a star since high school, and if it wasn't for a poor choice while he was still a recruit, he would have been a Florida Gators quarterback. The last few years, he's matured and become an amazing quarterback who is putting up insane numbers this season.

Scott, also, has been electric. It helps when your quarterback is going off, and you've found chemistry with him. Scott had 63 catches for 1,018 yards and four touchdowns. He averaged nearly 85 yards per game. He was by far Stokes' favorite target.

Wisconsin needs help up and down their roster, but improving the offense is the No. 1 priority, which starts with the quarterback but also extends to dynamic wide receivers.
