The weekend ended with a big commitment which marks the third of the day. It came from 3-star defensive tackle Djidjou Bah. The Wisconsin recruiting staff made a huge effort over the weekend for the 2026 class. They had 15+ recruits on campus, and Bah was one of them. At the end of his visit, he decided he didn't need to look any further; he wanted to be a Badger.
3-star defensive tackle Djidjou Bah has committed to Wisconsin
Djidjou Bah joins linebacker Ben Wenzel and fellow defensive lineman Arthur Scott. In one day, the 2026 recruiting class made the future defensive line for the Wisconsin Badgers two jumps forward with Scott and Bah. This is huge for Wisconsin and Luke Fickell's emphasis for the Badgers.
He has repeatedly stated that he wants to ensure the trenches are at the top of the Big Ten. He's not just talking about it; he's making an aggressive effort to make that a reality. This is now the third defensive line recruit in the 2026 class, and it's two on the day.
Bah is a 6'3, 253 lb defensive tackle from Germantown, Tennessee. He has 23 offers and had a whole slew of visits set up. He had already gone to Northwestern earlier in May and was planning to visit Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan State (in that order). The Badgers changed those plans with one impressive recruiting weekend for Bah.
There may be even more coming in the next couple of days, as it looks like the fallout (in a good way) from this weekend is still happening. Many recruits are walking away from this visit, saying that Wisconsin is now at the top of their lists. This is only good news for Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin Badgers.
