Aden Reeder decommitted from Wisconsin just a few days ago, the 3-star linebacker and pass rusher, visited Michigan over the weekend, and caused him to flip. Reeder first announced he was decommitting from Wisconsin in a "no hard feelings" post, but the writing was on the wall that he would land with the Wolverines. Today, that has become official.
It's more bad news for Luke Fickell as even with the announced commitment to next year's class, recruits are dropping left and right.

Aden Reeder is the second recruit lost in the last month for Luke Fickell
Reeder is part of a 2026 recruiting class that is unraveling on Luke Fickell. He's now the second player who was committed to Wisconsin to announce they want out and will pledge to go somewhere else. He joins 3-star WR Tayshon Bardo, who was the first to announce his breaking off of his commitment to the Badgers.
Two players may not seem like a big deal, but about five are considering a flip, and three of them are the top players in the recruiting class according to 24/7 Sports: 4-star RB Amari Latimer, 4-star WR Jayden Petit, and 3-star DL Djidjou Bah.
It's a class that is in such trouble that Wisconsin athletic director Chris McIntosh even stepped in and made a call to 3-star QB Ryan Hopkins the other day.
It's hard to recruit when a program doesn't win and when a coach is constantly on the chopping block. Even though McIntosh has expressed commitment to Luke Fickell, it's hard for recruits to want to join a sinking ship, even if there is a bigger investment in them. Reeder is a great example of this, as he's going to a program that is on the up and up instead of one that is floundering.
