The Big Ten season is upon us, and the Wisconsin Badgers will be taking on the Maryland Terrapins at 11 am CT in Camp Randall. The Badgers are looking to get things back on track after dropping to Alabama last week, and the Terrapins are hoping to keep things rolling with their 3-0 start.

The big question mark will be the health of both quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. and starting center Jake Renfro. The measure of the game may come down to what happens there. The Badgers should be able to handle business without them, but it gets dicier. Let's jump into the odds and final score prediction.

Final Odds for Wisconsin vs. Maryland: 10.5 Badgers

The Badgers will head into this game as the favorites with a spread of 10.5. The week opened with the Badgers only having an 8.5 spread, but it has slowly moved towards that two-score mark. The over/under on the game is set at 44.5 according to FanDuel.

With the spread and the over/under put together it means Vegas is predicting a final score somewhere around 28-17, which is technically the over as that's 45 points. This seems to be a fair prediction by Vegas and will be tough to pick much higher than that, but once again if Edwards and Renfro are in, the Badgers could put up more than that.

Final score prediction: Wisconsin 27 Maryland 13

So far, the Badgers have showcased that they can stop the run, even mobile quarterbacks. However, they've yet to really slow down the passing attack. The young true freshman quarterback for Maryland will need to hurl the ball around, and he will have some success there but will also make mistakes. There's a good chance he leads decent drives that stall out, and the Terrapins settle for 3.

The Badgers, on the other hand, will have success on offense and should be able to convert at least three touchdowns.
