The season is more than half over, and as we are now officially into February, fans are starting to wonder about March. The tournament is truly around the corner, and there are only so many resume-defining games left. As of now, Wisconsin has one of the best resumes in basketball, with five quad-1 wins and zero quad-2 or worse losses. The biggest problem with Wisconsin's resume right now is they only have one win that's in the top 20 and zero in the top 10.

Wisconsin's best resume win is against the Arizona Wildcats. They have no bad losses.

The Wisconsin Badgers have had 10 quad-1 opportunities, and they are 5-5 in those games. Their current quad-1 wins are (ranked by NET):
Home
No. 13 - Arizona Wildcats
No. 25 - Ohio State Buckeyes
No. 33 - Pittsburgh Panthers
Away
No. 73 - Rutgers Scarlet Knights
No. 71 - USC Trojans

They have quad-1 games left on their schedule. These could change as teams move up and down the schedule. There are three that will give them a huge boost in their resume. It is always important to win HIGH net games, especially when they are away games. Here are the three best opportunities:

At Purdue Boilermakers - Saturday, Feb. 15

Purdue is ranked No. 9 in the NET. This would be a huge top-10 win for the Badgers, something that Wisconsin could use to bolster their resume. It is also an away game which will increase the metrics even more in the resume.

Vs. Illinois Fighting Illini - Tuesday, Feb. 18

The Illini are ranked 14 in the NET, and while this game is at home, Illinois is a big win and resume booster. It would also be a rematch game from losing earlier in the year when they traveled to Illinois.

At Michigan State Spartans - Sunday, Mar. 2

Michigan State is currently undefeated in the Big Ten, but it is still not quite ranked as high as Purdue in the NET. They sit at 16 in the NET and are decisively a quad-1A game for the Badgers. This is a huge resume boost if Wisconsin can pull this off on the road.
