Chimere Dike's NFL Combine performance was impressive, so much so that the NFL named him to its All-Combine team. This award goes to the players from each position who outperformed their competition in the plethora of drills each athlete goes through.

Chimere Dike put together one of the most impressive performances at the NFL Combine by a WR

Dike is a native of Wisconsin. He played for four years for the Badgers before using his final year of eligibility to play for the Florida Gators. His production dropped in his final season with the Badgers, so he was hoping a new coach, scheme, and location could jump-start him and prepare him for the NFL. That seems to be the case, as he was electric at the combine and has vaulted up draft boards with his speed and explosiveness.

According to RAS metrics, Dike scored a 9.8 which was a top grade among WR

Dike finished his combine with an impressive score of 9.8 according to RAS metrics. He was graded as elite in everything but height and weight. Only measuring in at basically 6'0 flat and 196, many would love to see a little bit more height, which weight would follow. However, there are loads of NFL stars that are 6'0 and under. He should be just fine if he can continue to be this explosive and electric at the NFL level.

Dike was one of the fastest runners in all of the combine, but especially among the wide receivers. He hung around the top of each of the other categories too. These consistent results helped him to earn the honor of the All-Combine team. It wasn't that he just excelled at one category, he performed strongly in all the categories he was tested in. Good for the former Badger.
